When installing a Watchtower library edition, the installer prompts for a place to install the library. Please do not change this location.
The reason is that drive C is just a virtual location, not a real one. Even if you have other software with their ‘own’ drive C’s, such as Parallels or VMware, this drive C is separate. These programs also create their own virtual drive C’s. There will be no confusion.
When you specify
C:\Program Files\Watchtower, the
C just refers to a folder within your home directory, specifically
HOME/Library/Application Support/Watchtower Library/drive_c (where
HOME stands for your own home folder).
